Staffing vendors have little interaction with resources after placement nor communications with the customers to ensure their goals are being achieved. Service Managers work with Computacenter Account Executives to grow relationships with Customers and to learn the customer environments to become staffing partners, not just a vendor.
This allows Service Managers to communicate with current resources and customers to anticipate future staffing needs including additional resources for new technologies being brought into the environment, projects, and expansion of business.
