Comprehensive consulting and holistic approach of the security portfolio convinces the analysts

In the ‘Cyber Security - Solutions and Services 2020’ study released by Information Services Group (ISG), Computacenter have been positioned as a Leader for both ‘Strategic Security Services’ and ‘Technical Security Services’. Analysts were particularly impressed by Computacenter’s holistic approach to security services under the DigitalTrust portfolio. ISG considers the comprehensive range of consulting services and security areas covered by Computacenter as key strengths. In the second area of the report, Computacenter also attained the position as a Product Challenger for ‘Managed Security Services’.

Customer understanding and a large security team

In the ‘Strategic Security Services’ category where IT security solution consulting is evaluated, the ISG study emphasizes that Computacenter succeeded in ‘positioning itself as a strategic partner with a holistic security approach and an understanding of its customers' infrastructure and business requirements’. The analysts added ‘security is generally an integral part of most of Computacenter's projects and services but can also be purchased as a separate service’.

Dynamic portfolio

The ‘Technical Security Services’ category focuses on services such as integration, maintenance and support of IT security solutions. Computacenter was also placed in the Leader Quadrant for this category, elevated by its holistic approach to Security Services. ISG analysts believe that the service portfolio is not only very broad but also dynamic with numerous initiatives planned for its expansion. The study also celebrates Computacenter’s extensive partner ecosystem with a large number of well-known technology partners. Computacenter holds top level accreditation with the majority of its technology partners.
